Acceptance of this Purchase Order signifies your awareness and agreement to comply with following:

  • Confirmed delivery dates must be met. Late deliveries will affect our future business relationship.
  • Review P.O., acknowledge receipt and confirm ability to meet delivery dates by Fax to AAT Buyer.
  • AAT furnished documents and supplier generated data for AAT shall not be disclosed without written permission.
  • Subcontracting this P.O. or substituting material without AAT prior written approval is prohibited.
  • Deliver "ONLY" quantities requested on P.O. as overages will not be paid.
  • Our P.O. Number and Rev Letter must appear on all correspondence.
  • Use only Drawings Stamped "Production Released" drawings and return with the final shipment.
  • During processing of this P.O. the Supplier agrees to "Right of Entry" for AAT and it's Customers or regulatory authorities.
  • Process in a mercury free environment complying with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Supplier is expected to retain all records relating to this PO, including manufacturing process records, for five years Min.
  • Do not deliver non-conforming product to AAT. When discovering non-conforming products, contact AAT purchasing for disposition.
  • Prices shall be negotiated and accepted before PO is confirmed and approved by AAT. AAT will not accept any price increases, or any other charges (handling, fuel surcharge etc) after PO is confirmed or at invoicing.
  • Use only the shipping method and account number listed on purchase orders, a credit will be taken for the difference if in-correct shipping account or carrier is used.
  • Supplier is responsible for safekeeping, maintenance and calibration of AAT owned tools at supplier's facility.
  • Supplier is responsible and will pay for shipping cost of rejected material being returned back from AAT.

  3. General requirements:
    • Ensure that parts meet the purchase order and drawing/specification Requirements.
    • Ensure that delivery meet all PO Quality clauses.
    • Pack parts properly to prevent damage during transportation.
    • Ensure that parts meet good manufacturing practice for workmanship.
    • If applicable, date code should indicate that parts have 80% or greater shelf life.
    • Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) should accompany the part if applicable.
    • Each delivery must contain a packing slip and Certificate of Conformance.
    • Information on the supplier label and packing slip should includes AAT Purchase order number, AAT part number, accurate count, and date.
    • Supplier is not permitted to ship any discrepant material unless deviation/waiver is obtained. Approved deviation should accompany the discrepant parts to AeroAntenna.
    Additional requirements:
    1. For Age date material:Provide material certs and material expiration date.
    2. For Connector: Comply with MIL-A-55339 and MIL-PFR-39012 requirements.
    3. Submit First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) if required.
    4. For Electronic component: Certificate of compliance and ROHS compliant.
  4. Upon receipt of parts at AeroAntenna:
    • All received parts are subject to ANSI-ASQ Z-1.4 Sampling plan and acceptance of lot is based on NO Failure of the sample (C=0).
    • All deliveries are subject to receiving count.
    • AAT will issue Defective Material Report (DMR) if nonconformance is discovered.
    • AAT will take credit on all rejection reports issued for dispositions other than “use as is”.

  3. General requirements:
    • Ensure that parts meet the purchase order and drawing/specification Requirements.
    • Ensure that delivery meet all PO Quality clauses.
    • Pack and package parts properly to prevent damage during transportation.
    • Ensure that parts meet good manufacturing practice for workmanship.
    • Each delivery must contain a packing slip and Certificate Compliance.
    • Information on the packing slip should includes AAT Purchase order number, part number, accurate count and date.
    • Supplier is not permitted to ship any discrepant material unless deviation/waiver is obtained. Approved deviation should accompany the discrepant parts to AeroAntenna.
    • Additional requirements:
      • Provide material certificates.
      • No crack is allowed.
      • Flatness per specs.
      • No damage thread is allowed.
      • For die cast parts leak test for porosity if required by PO Quality clauses.
      • First Article Inspection (FAIR) if required by PO Quality Clauses.
  4. Upon receipt of parts at AeroAntenna:
    • All received parts are subject to ANSI-ASQ Z-1.4 Sampling plan and acceptance of lot is based on NO Failure of the sample (C=0).

    • Supplier is not permitted to ship any discrepant material unless deviation/waiver is obtained. Approved deviation should accompany the discrepant parts to AeroAntenna.
    • Additional requirements:
      • Provide Material Certificates.
      • Flatness per spec.
      • No damage thread.
      • First Article Inspection report if required by PO Quality Clauses.

    • Information on the supplier label and packing slip should include AAT Purchase order number, AAT part number, accurate count and date.
    • Supplier is not permitted to ship any discrepant material unless deviation/waiver is obtained. Approved deviation should accompany the discrepant parts to AeroAntenna.
    • Additional requirements:
      • If producing PCB per IPC-A-6012 class 3, coupon is required. Otherwise coupon is optional but recommended.
      • Workmanship in compliance with IPC 610.
      • Proceed with Production run only after receiving AAT written approval for Gerber files.
  4. Upon receipt of parts at AeroAntenna:
    • All received parts are subject to ANSI-ASQ Z-1.4 Sampling plan and acceptance of lot is based on NO failure of the sample (C=0).

    • Each delivery must contain a packing slip and Certificate of Compliance.
    • Information on the supplier label and packing slip should include AAT Purchase order number, AAT part number, accurate count and date.
    • Supplier is not permitted to ship any discrepant material unless deviation/waiver is obtained. Approved deviation should accompany the discrepant parts to AeroAntenna.
    • Verify masking requirements when applicable

    • Specific requirements:

    • Acceptance criteria:
      • Hold part at arm length, do not move part against the light: no more 2 than minor defects are allowed within a one-inch diameter surface area.
      • No more than one major defect is allowed with a one-inch diameter surface.
      • Type of defect: orange peel, excess paint, paint on sealing surfaces, color shade, fish eye, insufficient paint, wet paint.
      • Minor defect: 2 ………. Major defect: 1
  4. Upon receipt of parts at AeroAntenna:

    • Injection Molding
  3. General requirements:
    • Ensure that parts meet the purchase order and drawing/specification Requirements.
    • Ensure that delivery meet all PO Quality clauses.
    • Pack and package parts properly to prevent damage during transportation.
    • Ensure that parts meet good manufacturing practice for workmanship.
    • Each delivery must contain a packing slip and Certificate of Compliance.
    • Information on the supplier label and packing slip should includes AAT Purchase order number, AAT part number, accurate count, and date.
    • Supplier is not allowed to ship any discrepant material unless deviation/waiver is obtained. Approved deviation should accompany the discrepant parts to AeroAntenna.
  4. Specific requirements:
    • Provide Material Certificates.
    • Provide First article inspection report or 1st piece inspection report as required by PO Quality Clauses.
    • Do not use mold release without AAT approval.
    • Verify that inserts, if required, are flush and clean.
    • Maximum regrind allowed is 25%.
  5. Upon receipt of parts at AeroAntenna:

    • Ensure that delivery meet all PO Quality clauses.
    • Pack and package parts properly to prevent damage during transportation.
    • Ensure that parts meet good manufacturing practice for workmanship.
    • Each delivery must contain a packing slip and Certificate of Compliance.
    • Information on the supplier label and packing slip should includes AAT Purchase order number, AAT part number, accurate count, and date.
    • Supplier is not allowed to ship any discrepant material unless deviation/waiver is obtained. Approved deviation should accompany the discrepant parts to AeroAntenna.
    • Provide Material certificates, C of C and inspection report.
    • Provide 1st piece or 1st article report per PO Quality Clauses.
    • Identify parts per previously provided quality plan.
    • Additional requirements for adhesive gasket tape:

      • Material certification should include the date of manufacturer and remaining shelf life must be greater than one year.
  4. Upon receipt of parts at AeroAntenna:
    • All received parts are subject to ANSI-ASQ Z-1.4 Sampling plan and acceptance of lot is based on NO Failure of the sample (C=0).
    • All deliveries are subject to receiving count.
    • AAT will issue Defective Material Report (DMR) if nonconformance is discovered.
    • AAT will take credit on all rejection reports issued for dispositions other than "use as is".

Group 8      Document#QSI034-8

    • Chem film, heat treat, anneals, plating, bead/sand blast, polish, vacuum metallization, and others.
  3. General requirements:
    • All Chem Filmed parts must be RACK PLATED, unless otherwise specified by drawing.
    • Ensure that parts meet the purchase order and drawing/specification Requirements.
    • Ensure that delivery meet all PO Quality Clauses.
    • Pack and package parts properly to prevent damage during transportation.
    • Ensure that parts meet good manufacturing practice for workmanship
    • Each delivery must contain a packing slip and Certificate of Compliance and include specification it meets.
    • Information on the supplier label and packing slip should includes AAT Purchase order number, part number, quantity, and date.
    • Supplier is not allowed to ship any discrepant material unless deviation/waiver is obtained. Approved deviation should accompany the discrepant parts to AeroAntenna.
    • Use certified operator when required by PO Quality Clauses or specification.
    • Verify masking requirement when applicable.
